Podiatric Medicine; Requiring certain podiatric physicians, instead of all podiatric physicians, to complete specified continuing education; authorizing podiatric physicians to perform stem cell therapy not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration under certain circumstances; requiring podiatric physicians who perform such therapies to use stem cell therapy products obtained from facilities that adhere to applicable current good manufacturing practices, etc.
