GENERAL BILL by Tramont
Enforcement of the Florida Building Code; Provides that local government is not eligible for additional state funds if it has been subject to legislative committee's audit within specified timeframe or if it fails to submit affirmation to legislative delegation; requires each legislative committee to report such local governments to presiding officers & appropriations chairs.
