Use of Digital Currency by the Department of Financial Services; Establishes Florida Stablecoin Pilot Program within DFS; authorizes DFS to accept eligible payment stablecoins for payment of licensing fees, application fees, renewal fees, & other regulatory fees; provides eligibility requirements for payment stablecoins; authorizing DFS to designate eligible payment stablecoin & compatible digital wallet addresses; provides for conversion of stablecoins to U.S. currency; authorizes examinations, audits, & investigations of stablecoin issuers; requires monitoring & annual reporting to Governor & Legislature; authorizes rulemaking.
