HB 327: Uterine Fibroid Research Database

GENERAL BILL by Dunkley ; Valdés

Uterine Fibroid Research Database; Amending provisions and deleting a prohibition on the inclusion of personal identifying information in the uterine fibroid research database.

Effective Date: This act shall take effect on the same date that HB 1515 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law.
