GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; McClain
Agricultural Enclaves; Authorizing owners of certain parcels to apply to the governing body of the local government for certification of such parcels as agricultural enclaves; requiring the local government to provide to the applicant a certain report within a specified timeframe; prohibiting a local government from enacting or enforcing certain laws or regulations, etc.
