PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Health & Human Services Committee ; Redondo

Pub. Rec./Health Care ; Provides exemptions from public meetings requirements for certain portions of meetings of Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice, Physician Assistant Licensure Compact Commission, & Social Work Licensure Compact Commission; respectively; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during exempt portions of such meetings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: This act shall take effect on the same date that HB 693 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law.
