Education; Removing certain schools from specified contract restrictions; providing additional criteria for award of a 15-year charter; authorizing a private school to purchase a supply of FDA-approved epinephrine delivery devices, rather than epinephrine auto-injectors; requiring the Department of Children and Families to make a specified determination for child care providers; providing requirements for mathematics pathways established by a certain workgroup; requiring the Department of Education to develop applied algebra courses, etc.
