Prohibited Sex-reassignment Prescriptions and Procedures; Prohibits person from knowingly aiding or abetting health care practitioner to participate in specified violation; authorizes Attorney General to conduct investigation & bring civil action against health care practitioner or other person; provides for damages, injunctive relief, & civil penalties; provides that any damages collected shall accrue to injured minor.
