235.438 Grant application and award.--
(1) Application for full school utilization planning and implementation grants shall be submitted to the Department of Education.
(2) Local school districts currently planning or implementing full school utilization programs are eligible to apply for grants and shall be funded in accordance with the provisions of s. 235.437.
(3) In awarding grants, the Department of Education shall give priority consideration to districts that are currently planning or implementing full school utilization programs.
(4) Grants shall be awarded on a first come, first served basis, and no school district shall be awarded more than one planning grant and more than one implementation grant.
