Injunction.
483.25 Injunction.--The operation or maintenance of an unlicensed clinical laboratory or the performance of any clinical laboratory procedure or operation in violation of this part is declared a nuisance, inimical to the public health, welfare, and safety. The agency, or any state attorney in the name of the people of the state, may, in addition to other remedies provided in this part, bring an action for an injunction to restrain such violation, or to enjoin the future operation or maintenance of any such clinical laboratory or the performance of any laboratory procedure or operation in violation of this part, until compliance with this part or the rules adopted under this part has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the agency.
