Printing of examinations or related materials to preserve examination security.
Printing of examinations or related materials to preserve examination security.
626.266 Printing of examinations or related materials to preserve examination security.--A contract let for the development, administration, or grading of examinations or related materials by the Department of Insurance pursuant to the various agent, solicitor, or adjuster licensing and examination provisions of this code may include the printing or furnishing of these examinations or related materials in order to preserve security. Any such contract shall be let as a contract for a contractual service pursuant to s. 287.057.
