Duties and powers of the department.
Duties and powers of the department.
687.148 Duties and powers of the department.--
(1) The department shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
(2) The department may adopt such rules as it may deem necessary in the administration of this act and not inconsistent therewith.
