Section 289.121, Florida Statutes 2004

289.121  Periodic examinations; reports.--The corporation shall be examined at least once annually by the Office of Financial Regulation of the Financial Services Commission and shall make reports of its condition not less than annually to that office and more frequently upon call of the office, which in turn shall make copies of such reports available to the Office of Insurance Regulation of the Financial Services Commission and the Governor; and the corporation shall also furnish such other information as may from time to time be required by the Office of Financial Regulation and Department of State. The corporation shall pay the actual cost of examinations. The office shall exercise the same power and authority over corporations organized under this act as is exercised over financial institutions under the provisions of the financial institutions codes, when such codes are not in conflict with this act.
