Deceptive and unfair trade practice.
507.08 Deceptive and unfair trade practice.--Acts, conduct, practices, omissions, failings, misrepresentations, or nondisclosures which constitute a violation of this act also constitute a deceptive and unfair trade practice for the purpose of ss. 501.201-501.213, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and administrative rules adopted thereunder.
