636.208 Fees.--A discount medical plan organization may charge a reasonable one-time processing fee and a periodic charge. If a discount medical plan charges for a time period in excess of 1 month, the plan must, in the event of cancellation of the membership by either party, make a pro rata reimbursement of the fees to the member.
