Short title.
1668.701 Short title.--This part may be cited as the "Antiphishing Act."
History.--s. 5, ch. 2006-232.
1Note.--Section 6, ch. 2006-232, provides that that "[t]his act shall take effect July 1, 2006, and shall apply to violations committed on or after that date."
