Bond of executive director.
213.04 Bond of executive director.--The executive director of the department shall, before he or she enters upon the discharge of the duties of office, give bond conditioned upon the faithful discharge of the duties of said office in such amounts and under such conditions as may be prescribed by the Department of Revenue.
