Reporting of attorney's fees.
440.345 Reporting of attorney's fees.--All fees paid to attorneys for services rendered under this chapter shall be reported to the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims as the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims requires by rule. The Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims shall annually summarize such data in a report to the Workers' Compensation Oversight Board.
