moved the following TECHNICAL amendment:
Section: 05 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 190 Three amendments adopted in full committee reduced
funding for construction of a new agricultural
Spec App: 1340 inspection station, but none of the three amendments
alone eliminated the project. Therefore none of three
amendments eliminated the proviso language associated
with the inspection station line item. The current
bill has no funds for the inspection station, but the
proviso language still appears in the bill as free
floating language, not associated with any line item,
which is illegal. This amendment eliminates the
proviso.
