Smoke-free Youth Sports Program; requires DEP to establish said program to provide grant funds to acquire or develop facilities for use by sports programs operated in tobacco-free environment; requires that any facility funded under program be subject to ordinance that prohibits use of tobacco on premises of facility; requires entity that receives grant funds to present health education program to children who participate in sports activities, etc.
