GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Pawnbroking & Secondhand Dealers; revises recordkeeping requirements for pawnbrokers to provide that sheriff or director of department of public safety is designated as central repository for copies of all pawnbroker transaction forms collected by appropriate law enforcement official in county; provides for submission of pawnbroker transaction forms to sheriff or public safety director upon request, etc. Amends 539.001, 538.04, 812.022.
