SB 120: Domestic Violence Remedies
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Domestic Violence Remedies; increases amount of charge re petition for dissolution of marriage; provides for proceeds of charge to be deposited into Domestic Violence Trust Fund & used as specified; provides for fee to be imposed upon batterer & for proceeds to be deposited into said trust fund & used as specified; prohibits offsetting this fee against any fee assessed under certain provision. Amends 28.101, 741.281.
