Special Election/State Bond Issuance; relates to special election to be held on September 1, 1998, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of Florida of joint resolution amending Section 11 of Article VII of State Constitution, which authorizes issuance of state bonds to finance or refinance conservation, outdoor recreation, & water resource development projects.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if passed by vote of 3/4ths of membership of each house of Legislature
