Health Care Prof./Rulemaking (RAB); requires persons who operate health care service pools to make certain reports to Health Dept.; requires that rules of Health Dept. governing treatment programs for impaired practitioners include requirements for continued care & monitoring of professional; authorizes Health Dept. to require that applicant for certificate to operate dental laboratory provide additional information, etc. Amends Chs. 402, 455, 466, 467, 491.
