SB 1438: Aquatic Preserves/Rulemaking (RAB)
GENERAL BILL by Latvala
Aquatic Preserves/Rulemaking (RAB); provides authority for Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement TF to consider cumulative impact of activities on aquatic preserves; provides that board may adopt & enforce stricter standards, regulations, & orders of local governments when standards are related to State Parks & Preserves provisions & are approved by board; provides authority for board to develop rules re cumulative impact of activities on aquatic preserves. Amends 258.42,.43.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
