GENERAL BILL by Diaz-Balart
State Employment/Career Service; adds employees in managerial/confidential & supervisory bargaining units organized under Labor Organizations provisions, to those employees exempted from Career Service System; requires Legislature to evaluate relevance & appropriateness of personnel protections for career service employees; repeals certain provisions re career service system. Amends 110.205.
