GENERAL BILL by Childers
Organ & Tissue Donation; authorizes use of certain funds for maintaining organ & tissue donor registry; revises annual assessments on certain organ procurement organizations, tissue banks, & eye banks; clarifies who may make anatomical gift in absence of declaration by decedent; specifies that entities as well as persons may become donees of such gifts; repeals annual assessment on organ procurement organizations, tissue banks, & eye banks, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 05/21/1998 except as otherwise provided
