Public Record/Health Care Facilities; provides exemption from public records requirements for information contained in notification of adverse incident provided to AHCA by facility licensed under certain provisions; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity; takes effect on same date that SB314, re regulation of health care facilities, or similar legislation, becomes law, etc.
