Health Care Facilities/Regulation; deletes responsibility of Health Policy & Cost Control Division within AHCA for reviewing hospital budgets; abolishes Health Care Board; amends certain provisions re health care for indigent persons; revises definitions; updates provisions re duties of agency formerly performed by Health Care Cost Containment Board; provides for certain reports formerly made to Health Care Board to be made to agency; corrects cross references, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,281.
