GENERAL BILL by Governmental Rules & Regulations ; Chestnut
Barbering & Cosmetology; revises provisions re examination for licensure as barber; prohibits allowing employee to practice barbering unless licensed or otherwise authorized by law; provides for denial of issuance or renewal of barber or barbershop license or certificate of registration under certain circumstances; revises definition of term "hair braiding"; defines terms "hair wrapping" & "photography studio salon", etc. Amends Chs. 476, 477.
