Florida Single Audit Act; creates said act; provides intent & findings; provides purposes of act; provides definitions; provides duties of Executive Office of Governor, Comptroller, & state agencies that award state funds to nonstate agencies to carry out state projects; provides conditions on nonstate agencies' receipt of state funds; requires recipients & subrecipients of state funds to obtain audits, etc. Creates 216.3491; amends 265.2861; repeals 216.349.
