Ad Valorem Tax Exemption/Charities; authorizes granting of exemption under certain circumstances to property entitled to charitable exemption for 1994 tax year for which application was not timely filed; provides for canceling outstanding tax certificates on, & taxes assessed against, such property & for refunding any such taxes that have been paid; provides for expiration. Amends 196.011.
