GENERAL BILL by Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Trovillion ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Futch ; Kilmer ; Heyman ; Smith ; Hart ; Kosmas ; Posey ; Spratt ; Villalobos ; Feeney ; Harrington

Arrest Warrants/Issuance; provides that warrant is issued at time it is signed by magistrate; prohibits person who has been arrested or lawfully detained by law enforcement officer from giving false name or otherwise falsely identifying himself or herself to law enforcement officer or county jail personnel; provides for increased penalty if person is adversely affected by unlawful use of person's name or other identification, etc. Amends 901.02; creates 901.36.
