CS/SB 1406: Fla. Child Death Review Act
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Cowin
Fla. Child Death Review Act; creates said act; creates Child Death Review Committee within Health Dept.; provides for membership & duties of committee; provides for terms of office; provides for counties to establish local committees; authorizes review committees to have access to information pertaining to death of child; authorizes state review committee to issue subpoenas; provides immunity from liability for members of committees & employees, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
