Law Enforcement Agencies/Operations; prohibits person from initiating, or attempting to initiate, contact with any person who is directly involved in mobilization, deployment, or tactical operations of law enforcement agency, including commission of kidnapping or other incident involving taking or holding of hostages; prohibits person from broadcasting to public live audio or video transmission of tactical operations of law enforcement agency, etc.
