CS/SB 1510: Enterprise Zones

GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Thomas

Enterprise Zones; provides that enterprise zone authorized for communities impacted by Lake Apopka land acquisition need not meet certain criteria; authorizes Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to designate enterprise zones in Liberty Co., Columbia Co., Suwannee Co., & Gadsden Co.; provides conditions under which local government may amend boundaries of enterprise zone that contains brownfield pilot program, etc. Amends 290.0067; creates 290.0069.
