GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite

Sentencing/Drug Trafficking; redefines offense of trafficking in cannabis; defines term "cannabis plant"; provides mandatory minimum prison terms & mandatory fine amounts for trafficking in cannabis, cocaine, illegal drugs, phencyclidine, methaqualone, amphetamine, or flunitrazepam; revises requirements for court in applying sentencing multiplier for drug-trafficking offenses; reenacts various provisions to incorporate amendment in references, etc. Amends FS.
