GENERAL BILL by Gay ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Byrd ; Greenstein ; Smith ; Putnam ; Valdes

Low-income & Elderly Housing/Taxes; provides that property used to provide housing for certain persons under Housing provisions & owned by certain nonprofit corporations is exempt from ad val taxation; creates State Housing Tax Credit Program; provides for allocation of credits & administration by Fla. Housing Finance Corp.; authorizes said corp. to waive mortgage limitation under said program for projects in certain areas, etc. Creates 196.1978, 220.185; amends Ch. 420.
