Home Health Agencies; revises requirements for licensure & exemptions from licensure; revises requirements for insurance coverage & license renewal; revises grounds for disciplinary action; provides grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of license or imposition of administrative fine; revises provisions re patient assessment, plan of care, & provision of services; provides background screening requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 408.032.
