GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Thomas

Home Health Agencies; establishes licensure & exemptions from licensure requirements for said agencies; provides insurance coverage requirements; provides grounds for disciplinary action, penalties for operating without license, & grounds for revocation or suspension of license; provides for screening of said agency personnel; revises requirements re eligibility of certain foreign-licensed physicians to take & pass standardized examinations, etc. Amends FS.
