GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Sebesta

State Athletic Commission; provides procedures for filling vacancies on commission; requires DBPR to provide legal & investigative services; provides for executive director of commission, employed by dept.; provides for appointment of judges, referees, & other officials; requires electronic recording of commission proceedings; prohibits professional or amateur toughman & badman competitions; revises requirements for classifying boxers & for boxing gloves, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
