Petroleum Contamination Cleanup; provides for funding of source-removal activities; provides for termination of negotiations after specified time; provides for innovative technology pilot program consisting of five sites eligible for state restoration funding which have low priority ranking scores; provides authority for DEP & owners of certain existing contaminated property to enter into cost-sharing agreement for site rehab. when new discharge occurs, etc. Amends Ch. 376.
