CS/SB 2550: Port or Aviation Authorities
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; King
Port or Aviation Authorities; provides for creation of Port or Aviation Authority Ad Valorem Tax Improvement Fund in each county in which an authority is located; provides for deposit of ad valorem taxes paid by such authority in fund; authorizes tax collector to retain amount for administrative costs; provides for use of such funds by authority; provides that immune property is not subject to ad valorem taxation, etc. Amends Ch. 163; creates 194.311, 193.6257.
