Sales Tax; removes restriction on application of exemption for veterans' organizations & their auxiliaries; revises definition of "veterans' organizations"; includes nonprofit corporations that provide consumer credit counseling in definition of "charitable institutions" for purposes of exemption granted to such institutions; provides exemption for works of art purchased or imported for purpose of donation to educational institution, etc. Amends Chs. 212, 257.
