Compulsive Gambling; directs Alcohol, Drug Abuse, & Mental Health Program Office within CFS Dept. to establish program for public education, training, prevention, & treatment re compulsive gambling; requires Lottery Dept. to require vendors to provide notice of toll-free problem gambling hotline; requires retailers of lottery tickets, pari-mutuel licensees, & authorized bingo organizations to provide notice of such gambling hotlines, etc. Amends 24.105,.112, 550.054, 849.0931. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000.
