GENERAL BILL by Real Property & Probate ; Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown

Condominium Associations; authorizes condominium households receiving supplemental security income or food stamps to discontinue cable television service without fees, penalties, or service charges; provides for determining percentage share of liability for common expenses & ownership; provides that certain requirements governing termination of condominium are inapplicable to merger of condominium with one or more other condominiums, etc. Amends Ch. 718, 721.13.
