Pari-mutuel Wagering; provides for tax on handle for intertrack wagering for harness racing; provides limitation on tax on handle for live jai alai performances; reduces tax on handle for live harness performances; increases percentage of purse requirements for harness racing; increases percentage of purses for harness racing.
