Pari-mutuel Wagering; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/S770 & 286) reduces surcharges on liquor, wine, cider, & beer sold for consumption on premises; authorizes distribution of sales & use tax revenues to county governments; eliminates annual distribution of pari-mutuel tax revenues to county governments; removes additional tax on surcharge on winning tickets; provides for payments & credits concerning unclaimed pari-mutuel tickets, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
