SB 1600: Pari-mutuel Wagering/Dogracing
GENERAL BILL by Sullivan
Pari-mutuel Wagering/Dogracing; provides that daily license fee tax credit provided by certain provision & $360,000 or $500,000 tax exemption provided by certain provision, may be applied to any tax imposed under Pari-Mutual Wagering law; reduces taxes on handle for greyhound dogracing, for intertrack wagering when host track is dog track, & for intertrack wagers accepted by certain dog tracks; provides exceptions, etc. Amends Ch. 550.
