Pari-mutuel Wagering/Dogracing; provides for annual distribution of sales & use tax proceeds to counties in lieu of funds distributed under specified provision; provides for existing obligations & bonded indebtedness; eliminates distribution of funds from Pari-mutuel Wagering TF to counties; provides for minimum balance in trust fund; removes restrictions on transfer of daily license fee tax credit by greyhound permitholders; etc. Amends 212.20, Ch. 550.
